Deathclaws? Psshh, they can’t see my 25 stealth ass!
OH SHIT THEY CAN FUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCK
Nah, I’ll just savescum and run myself past the cazadores and deathclaws
Now do it when its 95° outside!
Patrolling the Mojave almost makes me wish for nuclear winter
That’s like half of the year out there
Nice walk but I think I might skip searchlight, I think there’s something in the air
Ah yes the world has been nuked 200 years ago and people still live in dirty shacks with trash everywhere.
One of my favorite fan theories is that the world has largely recovered. The US is a bit unhinged though and is basically engaging in a no rules larp. Everyone else stays at a distance because if Americans are killing each other than global recovery can actually continue
Haha imagine. What a nice way for it to be.
There’s a mod for that, you could have grass.
Inside houses?
I think not mister/madame. Trash it is
It is the united states, people already be living like that before the nukes
I like to imagine that the rest of the world in the Fallout universe has long since recovered and is flourishing.
I just wish the lore didn’t say that the US dragged Canada down with them :(
Edit: someone beat me to posting this theory lol
This is my head Canon with just about all dystopian fiction. Just take Hunger games. The US put up a wall against everyone else and began doing the Hunger games while the rest of the world goes ‘eh… just let them figure it out, don’t disturbed them’
Oooff.
Why not just go through Sloan? Seems so much easier.
(I know why you don’t go through Sloan. Feel the sarcasm, people.)
Or Enterprise! Shit would have only taken about 12 hours…
Fallout Vegas. Load up the game and go walk through Sloan right at the start.
Oh, this is a video game reference? Tbh I thought it was just a knock on the walkability and bad urban planning of American cities.
I also didn’t get it…
… What happens?
Well… You’ll at the very least wish that you had a car.
But it’s a good game. Try it. Find out. :)
You get mauled to death by a pack of the most dangerous things in the wasteland.
I know. I’ve played it many times. I thought the sarcasm was obvious enough.
Nope, it wasn’t… Even then though, the game is old enough that we can no longer assume that people have even played the game anymore. Kids are using the internet that would have been born after FO:NV. There are likely some 20 year olds on this site that have never played it because they would have been too young.
