        I mean, WW2, a Conservative British Prime Minister lead the charge against a Nazi lead axis of evil. It’s pretty safe to say the Tories weren’t the worst party in that situation.

          WWII started out as the Conservative World War to see who was the more extreme Conservative. The United States showed up with a Liberal and of course, Russia was Communist.

      I don’t think there’s anything inherently wrong with Conservatives. It gives a little breathing time between progress for people to get used to change. I think the problem is Regressives brand themselves as Conservatives. Regressive policies are the real problem.

        I think there’s room for both “We should throw out everything and build anew” and “We should reform the current system to remove injustice and inefficiency.” But I guess similar to what you said, we have a lot of people who want neither of those. They want to hurt their outgroups (typically women and minorities).
