Hot take: I think ow2 is actually a pretty fun game to play in terms of gameplay still, they just made a lot of bad decisions for ow2. The loot boxes to battle pass is a horrible money grab change and I refuse to get the battle pass, the nixing of pve is stupid since that was the whole reason behind their lack of content for a few years, and dropping to 1 tank means 1 person now can determine the whole fate of the team basically. The only upside to ow2 is that queues are much faster now

Of course parts of it are still fun. Its built out of the corpse of a fun game. They cant mutilate every limb and organ, some stuff will stick around from the first design.

I honestly and genuinely think the swap to 1 tank actually does make it unfun way more pressure on both tank and supports to do their job means you are complained at even more by DPS, obviously that makes you want to avoid the roles and so you play DPS and now you are even more keenly aware of how easy it is to be play DPS and get away with bad plays. So now you have an even worse abundance of DPS and a worse experience for the two roles you wanted to entice. I went from Mainly playing Tank and secondary support and no ranked DPS in OW1 to DPS mainly with secondary support and no tank play and even though I feel worse at DPS, I felt like the game pushed me to play it.

Obviously as Tank you feel like you have no support and as support you feel you have no tank. Which is entirely just feeling worse to play then OW1. I supported no dupe characters, and I supported Role Queue. 5 Man team I don’t support and won’t go back unless it reintroduced.

The tweet sounds like it’s about “more information, more details” etc from within Blizzard, rather than ability to influence Steam reviews.

      The tweet continues:

When asked whose decision it was to launch on Steam with no additional help: Bobby
