Speaking as one of those pain in the ass of the Democratic party leftists who could rant for a very long time about all the things I didn’t like about Clinton and Obama, both of those two were miles better than Biden has been at trying to hold Israel accountable and giving the Palestinians some hope that a peace process might go somewhere someday. Where Clinton busted his ass to keep Palestinian and Israeli leadership talking to each other at Camp David and Obama was at least willing to call out Israel’s human rights violations and territorial encroachment occasionally, Biden’s just been pushing Trump’s Abraham Accords as hard as he possibly can around the Mideast hoping everyone’s ready to just forget the Palestinians and make nice with Israel.

So, yeah, all that is to say I can understand this guy thinking things were going to be different under a Biden administration.
