    Alternatively, it was one of the few shows on that wasn’t a soap opera or sitcom with canned laughter.

    Back in those days with Channels 4, 6, 8, 12, and then PBS on channel 10, that left Bob Ross and William Alexander, painting on PBS, cartoons, and Star Trek.

    It’s true. Consumerism doesn’t make anyone a nerd. Getting horny for a commercial product that psychologists have spent generations conditioning you to get horny for doesn’t make you a nerd. If anything, it makes you basic.
