Beyond jealous of people who have access to scollops, oysters and shrimps to the point where they can even deep fry them and throw it into a stew.
I live in southern Germany, far away from any fresh seafood. This was my first time eating (and cooking) scallops. Found them at an Italian grocery store, frozen.
