The Trump administration has secretly allowed immigration agents to invade homes without a warrant for over a month, according to a leaked internal memo.

The memo, obtained by USA Today and issued by Attorney General Pam Bondi March 14, orders Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials to break into the homes of suspected members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua without a warrant.

It stated that ICE can curb the “proactive procedures” put in place to obtain a warrant, since they “will not always be realistic or effective in swiftly identifying and removing alien enemies.”

People need to start shooting at ICE agents that break into homes. If Judges have their wits about them they’ll throw out any cases against people who defended themselves against the ICE gang breaking in to abduct them or their family.

ICE are federal agents, does that mean shooting at them is a federal crime? Which would mean you end up in a federal court before a judge who directly falls under the Trump hierarchy? If that’s how it works, then that won’t end well for the shooter.

Even if it also falls under state jurisdiction (like they are doing with Luigi, is that called double jeopardy?) if the state acquits you, you’ll still have to answer to the feds.

It is not a crime if someone was breaking into your home, you were fearing for your life and defended yourself. By law actual law enforcers would have a warrant.

Also if the question of whether it is a suspected state crime or a federal crime depends on who the employer of that person is, the US would be outside the scope of a state of law and resistance all the more mandated.
