However, the disgusting piles of human shaped filth currently making up the Supreme Court would find some illogical excuse for why said law is unconstitutional. But courts are given authority only to interpret existing legislation; their decisions do not restrict the legislature’s authority to enact new laws. Thus the convoluted shit they come up with to abuse the appeals process, as mentioned.
