What tv/stand is that? Is it on a stand, or are the legs part of the tv?
It is a separate stand from the TV. It us this stand “Alterzone ALZTV45-65-3LB”, it can be a bit hard to get your TV on it, but other than that I have zero complaints.
Thank you for sharing!
Looks great! I much prefer seeing these custom prints rather than stuff downloaded from the internet
Every stl started as someone’s custom print
Obligatory I hope that’s not pla yadda yadda
1.5 years going strong, but I soon have a revision worthy of a new print.
It’s funny cause I always kinda thought that was a bit of hyperbole regarding uv exposure.
Made a bracket to fix a broken mount for our back seat cam in our car. Printed in pla just to test the dimensions. It worked so I left it in the car. Didn’t make it a single day. Completely warped.
Reprinted in petg and it’s been going strong for 2 weeks now.
in a car? during summer? Ngl that sounds more like a temperature issue than a UV one. PLA doesn’t degrade that quickly and it can get pretty hot inside a car during the summer
Wow, this looks great and it’s a neat idea as well. I like it!
Reminds me on my vesa mount for ps4. Only downside is that Im not using it often so I kinda foeget I have it lol.
I’d be ashamed of it too
What brand of filament is that? Looks nice.
I mentioned previously that it might be 3DE PLA, but it could also be galaxy black PLA from Prusa. I think that is the most likely, it has a very faint sparkle in it.
Are you concerned at all of the exhaust heat coming out with PLA’s low melting point? Your design looks killer! Nice job!
The heat mainly comes out of the top, so far it has not been a problem. But all the concerns have made me want to print a new revision in a more durable filament. Thank you for the compliment, I really like it too.
Are there vents for the bottom of the console?
There is, yes. https://imgur.com/a/MLtbxvs
That’s good design 👍
Does it impact the connection to the controller at all?
Might be diferent, but my ps4 controller can work from next room
Those legs on that 👌
