My shit-flinging catapult flinging shit onto your house is a bug, it was meant to stay still, peacefully targeting it with a huge load of shit and never firing.

Really jamming that stick in the old spokes
Imma block you for this, it’s not personal tho
You’re right, it was rude. Sorry.
User JohnFen on ycombinator’s hacker news said it nicely and I’m lazy, so:
PPA means that my browser is doing the spying instead of a third party directly. That’s certainly a privacy improvement, but I don’t consider it sufficient.
“Sufficiently private” is a subjective call. I don’t want to be spied on. Whether or not there are technological “privacy preserving” features baked into it doesn’t alter that fundamental fact.
All that said, this isn’t a bad enough move to get me to stop using Firefox, as long as I can keep it disabled. It does mean that I have to view Firefox with suspicion, though. I can’t consider the browser to be my “user agent” anymore.

Has Mozilla done sometime to deserve this skepticism?
Yes, their “privacy friendly ad measurement” that’s opt out is a faux pas that I just can’t forgive. I used to donate to the fuckers.
now the game requires a PSN account on PC
I gladly would have paid 10 €bucks for the upgrade as I really enjoyed the game, but Sony can get fucked, it’s a singleplayer game.

it’s drama about some media clown’s wallpaper app
Nobara is nice.
It’s a win for humanity if it causes more people to leave and stop thinking it’s a public forum.
technology
it’s “your lifestyle and reddit” slop
Note “published”. Yes they use dedicated servers, but I’m not paying for ubishit or ea games that don’t offer them for players to self-host.
I don’t want any more competitive shooters with no dedicated server published. See this if institutional memory doesn’t go that far, Dice fuckers: https://www.eurogamer.net/battlefield-keeping-dedicated-servers
Ads have become the new normal
I haven’t seen an ad in ages on the internet. Also, ducks in the park are free.
What are you blathering about, it’s never been cheaper or easier to have a personal computer than now, however you define it. You can go full paranoid from coreboot up or you can just get a steam deck and dock and have a nice arch in desktop mode. You can meaningfully use it with internet, Firefox with ublock origin, Signal to talk to your family without selling your soul or whatever. Is this written by a chatbot?
Xbox Boss Phil Spencer
Get rid of that fucker first
The only problem I have with it is that it doesn’t have support for 12-key Japanese input.
Tried it now, it’s really great but doesn’t have the full pc layout that includes our accursed Č,Ć,Š.Đ diacritics. I’m actually really satisfied with my jugaad solution - downgraded version of gboard, frozen in time and cut off from the internet by Rethink VPN. There’s no reason to update it, really, which is lucky since newer versions start randomly lagging if they can’t reach google’s fucking servers.
It’s a slightly humorous tiktok video with Trump’s insane rant about a person on a sinking boat choosing between death by sharks and electrocution. Once again, sorry.
Good luck selling your $700 locked-down computer with no gaems but enshittified to hell and back.
