The land is only cheap when you pretend those externalized environmental costs do not exist. They still have to be paid, usually by the public at large. I think the saying goes; socialize the cost and privatize the gains.
Build over existing infrastructure. One example is current project to cover water canals with solar. Don’t need to acquire land, reduces evaporation saving water, reduces plant growth in canals lowering maintenance costs.

How and when one makes the sign of the cross is not universal across denominations. That said, bobo’s a clown.
I sea what you did there 🦦
Not just any old rock, sea otters often have favorite rocks they keep in a fold of skin in their armpit.
Even if scripted, roller derby in the 70’s took athleticisms and power. I agree the sport of roller derby is different now, but practitioners of the past deserve respect. The level of training/conditioning in all sports is very different now, does not mean past practitioners were not athletes. Comparisons across eras is difficult because standards change.
Sea otters can dive down to 600 feet, at that depth the pressure is about 265 psi. So the answer is yes, Steve can perform under pressure.
Yacht is a boat, sail or power, that has a cabin for sleeping. Large size is not a prerequisite. Some boats as small as 17 ft meet this definition.
Maybe I’m gatekeeping, but isn’t a fence door a gate?
Had run already run for office 4 times prior, once earning 6% of vote so it is disingenuous to say he decided to run when already in prison. Yes he had no real chance of winning, but as a labor leader of international national prominence, he was a serious candidate for the office. Yes not exactly the same but there is precedence.
Ever hear of Eugene V. Debs?
I guess Kaitlin is not Depenable, needs to be Pampered.
I understand, you are arguing quite ably against a point I didn’t make and not addressing the point I did make.
I wonder what Kaitlin Bennett’s perspective is on all this.
Not advocating for flat tax, I’ve said flat tax not fair, we’re in agreement on that.
I stand by my statement that a flat tax scheme applied evenly to all sources of income with no deductions to shield income, is fairer than the current scheme. Your arguments that flat tax scheme is unfair are all true but do not repudiate that statement.
I say it again, fairer than the current scheme. Don’t tell me not fair, I agree. Tell me how everyone paying the same rate would not be fairer than the current scheme where wealthy are able to pay a lower rate. Again, fairer than, not fair.
