Since I prefer controller over mouse and keyboard, it’s a lot of games pre-Xbox One era for me. But that is subjective because a lot of people prefer mouse and keyboard.

Games like Oblivion never had a proper way of getting a controller to work with them on the PC release and any tries to get it to work flat out suck. I’ve tried Steam’s button mapping and even that doesn’t work for a lot of these games. But working through an emulator helps translate my controller to the game with almost no issues.

Considering how the Steam Deck plays and you’re usually using it as a controller unless docked, this would be nearly any game from this time period.

Don’t forget the lawyers. Where would Nintendo be in 2024 without those guys and gals?!

I imagine they’d have some customers who would flip over that even that it’s the same size portion they wanted to order.

I’m not sure about that. Index fans are still waiting for the sequel to their hardware.

I wonder if Gabe/Valve is content with the OLED model as is and doesn’t find a reason to make another so soon.

I always go for 720 or 1080 despite having decent 4K TVs. My reasoning is file size too but because I don’t have a ton of space to spare for all the stuff I want to store. I have about 2TB left but that’s going to get used up eventually.

There are some things I’ll go for the high quality stuff like Super Mario Bros which looks amazing but that’s rare for me.

30GB for one movie is nuts.

Granted, it’s a lot of games in one like other top down tycoon manager games and has some elements of tower defense.

Space Colony is an older game that was like Sims in space. I got this at Big Lots years ago and played some of it and apparently this is the remastered version on Steam.

Not to mention it was a smart home with all kinds of AI minus the “artificial” part of AI.

Sounds easier to list what you can do there.

With the current technology that we have, it would be that way where you get there but it will be difficult to impossible to get back, relatively speaking. But we’ve been at work to try to not make that a reality for those visiting the planet.

This is one of the reasons why the rockets from SpaceX are so valuable in that they can land the same way they take off. Because with other rockets, we’d need a situation like we had on the moon during the Apollo years where a ship orbits the planet and waits for a separate landing ship to come back which is a waste of fuel and cuts down on the potential time that can be spent on the planet as well as resources that would be consumed and need to replenished and also waste of humans waiting in orbit instead of being part of the ground crew.

While that technology is now here, there is still much testing that still needs to be done to ensure safety is there.

What you may also be thinking of is the time in which it takes for a ship to travel between the earth and mars. At its shortest, the trip could be as little as 6 months, but is more as both planets orbit the sun further away from each other, so we are trying to find a time that works with that orbiting schedule as well so it doesn’t have to be a one way trip and they can get there and come back in a reasonable amount of time while having enough resources to last the journey.

I’ve started doing this. There’s this new chipotle mayo spread from Best Foods that is amazing. A few squirts of that on the cheese and between the tortillas and then in the pan with some salted butter. It’s amazing.

It was mainly around Ubisoft’s The Crew as the latest conversation. This was about a month ago.

Ubisoft took the game offline and also removed from customers’ digital libraries with a message suggesting they try the newer installments in the series instead of the game they paid for.

Gears of War: E-Day.

That trailer is like bringing the original team from 2007 to 2024 to make this game and trailer. I had to watch it three times last night.

Felt just like when I was in high school and ooing and awing over the trailers for the original game. I remember those late nights with my cousins playing co-op against the hordes.

For aesthetics it should be something like one of those wall plate covers that has something like furry brushes on the sides. But this is looks like something you’d need a professional to do because that looks electric and may not be something you want to touch.
