    And yet for some reason I can’t stop watching reaction videos

    It’s like I get to enjoy the cool videos again but with someone else this time

    I don’t hate react content hypothetically. However the modern standpoint of watching something entertaining without proper credit or any transformative input is really dumb. At least actually provide critique, enhanced understanding, or deeper analysis to the work instead of spending the whole time going “yep. Cool. Wow.”

      Sometimes I like to see different generations take on something. Sometimes you get thoughtful comments about what they think and how they view it, but far too often it’s just “ooohhhh”
