You mean the later that follows environmental regulations and human rights conditions?
Don’t get me wrong yes heavy oil takes a lot of upgrading to produce but with the shear amount of it it makes sense. All oil and most of the taxes taken from it should be used to wean ourselves off oil but that is many many years away.

Not sure why him simply stating he worked in oil and gas triggered you so hard. It wasn’t some grand insult, it was more summing up who he is.
