No one tries to argue that the PD doesn’t apply to the Romulans, even though they’re not native to their world. Colony planets aren’t considered “fair game” for interference.

…which is an absolutely insane debate. No one tries to argue that the PD doesn’t apply to the Romulans, even though they’re not native to their world.
