    Nope. I expect my cell phone company to kiss my ass a little because I’ve been a customer since 1998. I know you wave the fees for everyone, but lie and tell me I’m special.

      I think it’s a shift in the definition of “being loyal” to mean “I’ve stayed with you a long time” when it actually means “ I feel a bond that means I stay with you even though you have faults and I trust you”
