Wanting to live a good life is not entitled.

Especially if they can’t afford it. That is textbook entitlement and you don’t understand language if you cannot acknowledge that.
They refuse to take those options because it would involve the massive hassle and expense of moving to a place where they are not from, do not know anybody, do not like, and which has terrible public services.
Wanting to live a good life is not entitled.
