The fact that it’s aiming to be stable doesn’t mean it is. It’s still a work in progress unlike other browsers.
Question. Does it have uBO or an equivalent yet?
Without it, it’ll simply not be internet-ready.
Why not just run a community build of Firefox, like IceCat?
