I love the fact that you can either read this as that the Angel of Death can pronounce his own name, or it from the point of view of the dying man and his hearing is so bad that he miss heard “drath” as “deaf” or it is the Angel of Deaf who is also deaf thus the “what” at the end. Either of these is funny but the fact that it can be any combo makes it better.

th requires tongue. also he doesn’t have lungs so he shouldn’t be able to say anything.
you can’t see if Death have a tongue or lungs, and by the fact they are speaking, we can assume that they do. whereas you can see they have no lips…
Death just confused because he can’t pronounce “Death” properly.
