In this not huge town (less than 100,000 in the metro area), most of the homeless have been driven out. So they sleep in the woods out of town and get up at 4 am to walk down the four-lane highway median to the JOBS THAT THEY HAVE because, contrary to what conservatives would have people believe, a lot of homeless have jobs.
And this is Indiana, so they’re not going to do any better in the winter than they do in Kansas.
Won’t happen i don’t think, if it does it won’t be done properly.
