Let’s stop making up new terms and just actually enforce the laws being broken
Sadly, there wouldn’t be any laws broken if the new legislature simply reversed any bills passed under the Biden administration or
ifwhen the Trump cabinet pulls a 180 on executive branch policy positions. Kind of speaks to the need for quasi-independent agencies, staffed by subject matter experts and operating beyond the reach political cycle. A pipe dream at this point.
If it’s political malpractice, then it’s on Donald’s to-do list.
